HOW ARE MOMS SELECTED TO RECEIVE MATERNITY LEAVE SUPPORT?

Expecting moms should email Info@BeTheVillageToday.com to apply for support. After all intake forms have been submitted, the Be The Village Advisory Committee will review each submission for a decision.

WHAT DOES MY CONTRIBUTION SUPPORT?

Contributions go directly toward the operation of the maternity leave fund.

HOW MUCH IS AWARDED TO EACH MOM?

The amount of maternity leave support is determined by the income of each applicant.

HOW MANY MOMS WILL YOU SUPPORT IN 2020?

Be The Village aims to support 10 moms in 2021.

At this time, we are only supporting full-time working moms who do not receive supplemental income or support.

IF I AM NOT A FULL TIME WORKING MOM, CAN I RECEIVE SUPPORT?

WHEN WILL BTV FUNDS BEGIN TO BE DISTRIBUTED?

Be The Village is building its 2021 fund. Our goals is to be able to begin distributing support to moms no later than July 2021.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVED FUNDS AFTER SUBMISSION?

We will do our best to process applications and award funds in a timely manner. Our aim is 45-60 days from the application submission.

How Are Moms Selected?

After an application for funding is received, each recipient will be evaluated on a variety of factors including, but not limited to income level, employment status, and financial need.
